Santa Clara County turns to CWR for needs assessment

Santa Clara County is calling upon that combination as it determines the future of the Timpany Center, a county facility that has provided aquatics therapy for thousands of seniors over the years.
Timpany has been run as a for fee service but has been losing large sums of money. As a result, the center faces closure, threatening the senior community that has relied upon it.
Santa Clara County now needs to answer a set of complex questions:
- Just what is the need for the Timpany Center?
- What would be required to turn it into an economically sustainable enterprise?
- Are there other creative business models for the facility?
