New CWR fundraising tool unveiled

March 2, 2009

The Individual Fundraising Capacity Analysis is a customized evaluation of the client’s assets, resources, systems and processes for individual fundraising.  The analysis will include recommended next steps, emphasizing low hanging fruit that could be executed by the clients themselves.

The product is intended to equip leaders to take any or all of the following action steps:

  1. Address issues in house with greater confidence
  2. Frame requests for pro bono help with greater specificity
  3. Shop for consultants as an educated customer
  4. Approach donors with outside expert validation of one’s needs

Each Analysis will be customized for the given client.  Each client  may select any three of the following areas for evaluation:

  • Messaging and Branding
  • Overall marketing strategy
  • Individual cultivation strategy
  • Web development
  • Collateral
  • Donor database
  • Board development
  • Online social networking

The product can be further tailored to address specific questions within a given area that are pressing for the particular nonprofit.

Help One Child

We're a relatively small outfit. But Consulting Within Reach always treated us like we mattered a great deal. They were extremely attentive and patient. And they delivered expert results that were surprisingly affordable. With their report, we're armed to approach foundations in a whole new way.
