Kris Starr-Witort
Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Executive Coaching
Expertise: Kris offers executive coaching and training for leaders and their teams around building inclusive and equitable cultures and systems, talent strategy, people and performance management, and all aspects of the employee lifecycle (i.e. recruitment, hiring, onboarding, talent development and retention).
Experience: Kris spent nearly 20 years in the nonprofit sector serving in talent development, network strategy and program roles for a variety of health, youth, and educational organizations including Project Inform, James Morehouse Project, Education Pioneers, Teach for America and Beyond 12. In her role with Consulting Within Reach, she helped co-design and facilitate Silicon Valley Next, a fellowship program for emerging nonprofit leaders.
Education: Kris has an MSW from UC Berkeley with an emphasis in Management & Planning, a BA from the University of Minnesota, and an PCC from the International Coaching Federation.
