Expertise: Kevin is an empathetic leader and coach who helps people awaken their natural talents, build confidence, and communicate with clarity and compassion. He specializes in equipping leaders to move their ideas into action while staying grounded in humility and purpose.

Experience: Kevin is Director of Training at Duarte, one of Silicon Valley’s leading communication agencies. He has led more than 900 workshops with over 200 organizations, equipping thousands of leaders worldwide to communicate more clearly, humanly, and effectively.

Earlier in his career, Kevin founded NextStep Bridges, a fouryear social venture focused on international development and community empowerment. He also spent several years as a pastor in Northern California, where he developed a deep appreciation for community leadership, listening, and care.

Education: Kevin has a BA in Music and a Masters in Conducting from Golden Gate Seminary. He also completed the Executive Program in Social Entrepreneurialism from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
